So many of us want to live happy healthy lives. We want to feel good and have energy but we tend to leave this important one out.

Meal prepping is simply the cooking and packing meals in advance, usually for a week.
The average fast food meal costs $10.00 to $20.00. If you buy lunch every day that adds up quickly to $2500.00 or $5200.00 a year.
So save your money, prep your meals then you will be able to fly to Greece at the end of the year to show of the new body!

When we read in the morning our mind is fresh. We are not distracted by the world yet. We have a new chance to start the day with the thoughts we want!
Our brain is not stressed and we are able to digest whatever we are reading one thing at a time. submerge your mind in positive information.

Listen to your favourite music.
Set the mood.
If you like to work out it’s likely you have a playlist for that.
It pumps you up. It makes you happy. It gets you in the mood. Music can inspire you, bring you to tears or motivate you to get active.
So why not have a playlist for other times of the day or activities.

Our Phones can help us connect with our best friends through Facetime or it can take away face to face time with best friends.
The choice is up to you.
