If the first thing you do in the morning is pick up your phone and scroll then don’t worry, you aren’t alone.
Research shows 80% of people pick up their phones within 15 minutes of waking up.
The average person spends 4 hours a day on their phone and checks it a whopping 47 times a day.
This is a quarter of your waking hour’s scrolling when you could be learning or reading or exercising or meditating.

Time is our most precious commodity.

Resist the urge to open up Instagram or facebook for a while.

Here are 4 ways you can improve your life in just an hour a day.

Meditation doesn’t have to be intense. Meditation is simply the art of being present with one’s thoughts. This is also referred to as mindfullness.- Mindfulness practice is employed in psychology to alleviate mental and physical conditions, such as reducing depression, stress, and anxiety. – Meditation – Wikipedia
